keep calm and carry on...

I finally picked up the 6x6 of Basic Grey Urban Prairie! I knew that I wanted to use it with the CPS116 sketch. When I was deciding what to do on that pink panel...I spotted my "Keep Calm and Carry On" stamp....I love it! Okay, so the papers aren't the most "calming" of patterns but I kinda like it, whaddya think?

I wanted to share what my wonderful kid-lets did for me as part of my Mother's Day gift. I bought a bunch of flowers with my friend "L", she's such the green thumb...and I'm NOT. It was such a nice surprise when the kids offered to plant them in the pots in the front. Hmmm...you can see that my boy watered the plants right before I took the pic...hence all the water marks on the patio..lol.

I just hope that I can keep them alive through the summer :)

Beautiful pots!!! Flowers are great too!

I love this BG line! I think that calm works for this card. We can always use a reminder. It doesn't make me agitated, that's for sure.

Enjoy your long weekend.
