have a happy birthday...

Do you ever notice that you lack a certain occasion of cards?  For me, it is definitely birthday's.  I don't tend to make those unless I need them...I'm going to change that and start having a stash of them.

I actually sold 24 cards to a co-worker {yahooo!}, that's when I realized that I hardly had any birthday cards.

So here's today's birthday card:

Double bonus points for:

Masculine birthday card
Day 3 of the Amy Tangerine Ready Set Go Collection day!

I love the look of contrasting stitching...this orange is actually vintage...it's on an awesome wooden spool.  The sentiment is ala Jillibean.

Have you heard of the new challenge blog

They are having a linky party!

I'm pretty excited about this because they will be asking for both masculine and feminine projects.

I was also inspired by the latest

Have a super Sunday!

Now that you mention it, I have noticed the lack of birthday cards. I Love this one and perfect for a male or female I think. I make way too many birthday cards and currently have almost 2 boxes full. But don't tell anyone.

I am so cleaned out of birthday cards....I had someone buy a bunch on Saturday and I've only made I think 4 in the last month. Eeeks!
I totally heart that little hearty camera ;) And love the vintage orange! I was lucky enough to snag some wooden spools from my MIL - I am hoarding them for unknown purposes as yet ;)

Wonderful masculine card Amy! I am always running out of birthday cards and you would think I'd just make more of them. But I always want to make a custom design that is just perfect for that particular person, and so none of the ones I've made before work!! Oh well, just more excuses to craft, right?!

love it! I'm always searching for BD's. I think it's because I make the card for the person who has the BD. And I'm always out of masculine BD cards!
