cute & friendly

There is just something about the Friendly Forest line that just makes me smile...the stuff is sooo stinkin' CUTE! I love the little paper pad, it's great but I tend to only use it when my cards go horizontal, like this one, since the pad is printed that way...My cards are typically vertical with the fold on the top rather than the side unless I want to do my ribbon on the long/tall side, kwim? Are you particular where your card fold is?

Jen's sfytt is super fun...I love how my card turned out because it is chock full of color and all the sweet Friendly Forest animals!

I bailed on this sketch. Took one look and said, ok moving on. I like how you flanked the main image with buttongs, and of course love the funky retro paper. Another winner!
Love this very cute. Also like your sketch card.

your interpretation is fabulous and very clever, ms. Tsuruta!! I agree I have to use the papers on horizontal cards too. You're doing quite well with that method!

frankly, i think a person who does NOT smile at the friendly forest line has something wrong with their smiler! particularly on THIS CARD...i am smilin' BIGTIME! :) (see?!)

ps: i have no pre-set folding notions...i can go either way, as the spirit moves me. sometimes i make shapes...and they just have the writing on the back...shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! :)
