Life is Smoother...

Have you seen the new Ellen Hutson LLC, Essentials by Ellen Release?!  It's awesome, here's what I picked  up:

I consider myself lucky that I can easily pick up my orders from Ellen's!  Although, that being said, it's quite dangerous (wink).

Well, I couldn't wait to dive into my new goodies:

Eep!  I love the new Spa Day that I combined with the Mirror Mirror Designer Dies.  I used PinkFresh Studios Felicity Paper.  Can you tell that I backed the Mirror frame with pale aqua vellum?

My card was inspired by the current Essentials by Ellen, Pin-Sights Challenge:

I was inspired by the aqua color and the 'smooth' surfaces.

I was also inspired by the current Freshly Made Sketches:

This card is going to a sweet friend, we're celebrating her belated birthday.   I put together a giftie bag full of Spa products like masks and nail polish.

Thanks for stoppin' by!!!!

Winnie & Walter Guest Designer: Sending Warm Wishes

Hello!  I'm so thrilled to be back again on the Winnie & Walter blog!  I have several projects over there that I am sharing but I'm sneak peeking one of them here.

For those of you that follow me know how much I adore coffee and I couldn't go without at least designing one coffee card:

I'm also playing along with the Ink Smooshing Challenge with Heather H.  The coffee cup is me freestyle cutting, retro style with paper and scissors.  The coffee sleeve has been embellished with Sketchy Thoughts.  The ink smooshing was perfect for my design, I combined Mowed Lawn + Salty Ocean Distress Inks.

The cup and the sentiment bubble are on foam dimensionals.

That's it for me.  A big shout out to Shay for inviting me to the party, I had so much fun!  I'd love for you to pop over to the Winnie & Walter blog to check out my other projects!!!

For You: Coffee Coffee

Eeep.  Isn't that the cutest coffee cup?!  It's by Darcie's and the set is called Milk & Cookies.  It happens to be part of Ellen's STAMP sale!

The Tin Pins are an adorable addition to the design.  Definitely NOT a postal friendly design but how can anyone resist all that glorious green?!

It is a challenge to get a photo without the apologies, just wanted to show how cute that tin pin is:

The pattern paper is by Dear Lizzy - Happy Place, and the wood veneer is Jillibean!

I was inspired by the a Sip & Share Sketch from last week!

I ♡ Naps

There's still time to save on all in-stock STAMPS over at Ellen Hutson, LLC!  I gotta tell you, I'm easily enabled.  I've had my eye on the adorable Taylored Expressions Grumplings and well, pick up 4 of them.  Good grief, they make me laugh.

I also decided to follow my friend Miriam Prantner's lead and use what I have.  I have a TON of patterned paper.  The polka dot panel is Authentique and the kraft polka is Stampin' Up.  The kraft is American Krafts and everything is nestled on Reverse Confetti's Navy.

My card was inspired by the CAS(E) this sketch!

Hope you're having an awesome weekend!

Reverse Confetti: Just Brew It

Did you know that Reverse Confetti has a newsletter?  It's super easy to sign-up and you'll receive notification of sales and special features like, Inspiration Station.

Today I'm the Inspiration Station hostess so I'm hoping you all are signed up but if not, take the time now to pop over there to sign up so that you'll receive the next one.

I do have another card that I designed especially for today's blog post:

I love the colors that are featured in the Warm Heart 6x6 Paper Pad!  I teamed it up with the Just Brew it stamps + coordinating confetti cuts.  The Lacy Scallop Circle has been cut from Craft Foam.

I was inspired by the February SFYTT:

Winnie & Walter: You mean the world to me

I'm super excited to be guesting over on the Winnie & Walter blog today!  I have a couple projects I'm sharing over on there but wanted to sneak peek one of them here.

I managed to play along with a W&W 3rd Birthday Bash Challenge!

Eep!  The Big Hugs with Evelin T Designs is ADORABLE!  I couldn't wait to ink this set up!  How cute is that ellie and monkey?  I did a bit of a watercolor background and then used the You Mean the World To Me Sentiment in black.  I finished it off with a green doily and coordinating clothespin.

That's it for me today!  I'd love for you to pop over to the Winnie & Walter blog to check out my other projects!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers: Don't Worry - Be Happy

I happened to pick up the Spellbinders Hipster Etched Dies .

I combined them with the Pinkfresh Felicity collection.  I really hated to cover up those sweet birds with the other layers...such a cute collection.  The coffee sleeves have been die cut from Starbucks coffee sleeves.

I was inspired by my teamie, Helen.  We're CASEing her this month!
