Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Two :: Special Birthday Edition - Jump for Joy

Today is my bloggie + IRL friend Tonya's birthday!  There's a group of us celebrating with a blog hop!  You should have arrived from Kate's blog!  If not, you'll want to start at the beginning which is the hostess with the mostess, Laura!

Things about Tonya that I love:  she's supportive, she's funny, she has a big heart + she swears like a sailor (ha).  She is the CEO/Owner of The Heart Desires!

Tonya loves foxes so I knew that I wanted to play with my new Lawn Fawn goodies!

Have you seen the new Jump for Joy set?  Check out that sweet fox and her buddy the owl!  She's a Super Fox as she jumps into the pile of leaves holding tightly onto her latte, ala Create a Smile's Coffee First.

Isn't the Leafy Tree Background so much fun?  I had a leftover panel of Ranger Watercolor with Ken Oliver Color Burst Terre Verte.  I die cut the tree background and the falling leaves.  I even had enough for the leaf pile!

I'm linking up to Day Two of the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  We're going strong and we hope you join in the fun!

Both Lawn Fawn + The Heart Desires are Super Sponsors!

Up next is the FABulous Lenae!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day One!

Today is the day!!!  It's the first day of the 2016 Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  If you're new to the hop...welcome!  Our Summer Hop had 811 link ups and 57 Super Sponsors.  Each hop we hope to exceed our previous record (crossing fingers)...we exceeded our Super Sponsors by 6 for this hop!  We have 63 (awesome) Super Sponsors!  Prizes are awarded by participation rather than by the typical commenting.   For all the deets check out the hop post ---> HERE.

Honestly, I love the camaraderie and the fun that happens during the hop.  The logistics are truly a labor of love as it literally takes hours to pull everything together.

So let's get to it, shall we?!  Here's my first card for the hop!  I was so excited when MFT released their latest Tea products!  I drink coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon :)

My card was inspired by the latest MFT sketch challenge!

I combined the new Tea Party and Cup of Tea sets!  To give my design the feeling of Fall, I die cut my tea cup from the Fun & Frolic paper pad!  All products are available at Butterfly Reflections Ink which is a returning Super Sponsor!!!!!!!

I'm really looking forward to hopping and being inspired by everyone's projects!

Thanks so much for stoppin' by!!!!!

Yup, when I first spotted MFT's Llama Love, I just knew that I 'needed' to buy it.  In case you're wondering what the difference between llama's + alpaca's...check it out HERE.  I went through my various MFT sets to try to come up with something fun + fiesta/party like and Yup, a pineapple from Polynesian Paradise!

I've been seeing so many Gorgeous + Creative entries for the My Favorite Things Card Design Super Star Contest!

I wanted to give it a go.  I literally had enough time to make 2 cards last night...one for the contest and the other one for Day 1 of the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  Here's the thing, I had fun making BOTH of those cards.  That's a win-win.

Thanks so much for stoppin' by!!!!

Hero Arts: my cup of coffee

Hello!  I'm up on the Hero Arts blog today with a holiday themed card but before you go, I whipped up a different card for my blog.

Check out the You're My Cup of Coffee stamp that I received from my friend Katie!  Isn't it fun inked up in the Ombre Autumn?  What about the Rings Bold Prints ...perfect teamed up with a coffee themed card?

The base is Kraft paper with Soft Brown Shadow Ink.

I was inspired by my Coffee Loving Cardmaker's teamie, Helen Gullett.  She's the featured designer for this week's CASE-ing DT challenge:

I copied her overall design but kept mine with a Fall Theme.  I love Helen's card with the pops of color.

Just a reminder that the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop starts this Friday, September 23rd at 6:00 am!

Remember to pop over to the Hero Arts blog to see my holiday themed card!

Pretty Fall Porch

Are you subscribed to the Reverse Confetti Newsletter?  It's a weekly newsletter with special projects and information.  One of the features of the newsletter that isn't found on the blog is called Inspiration Station.   A design team member picks an inspiration and then shows how that piece inspires a project.  In this week's newsletter, I'll be up for Inspiration Station...so if you haven't subscribed, we'd love for you to get signed up!

I thought I'd do a warm up to Friday...how's this for an inspiration photo?

I absolutely ADORE this front porch...everything from the aqua door to the pops of orange.  So this is how it inspired me:

Surprise, surprise, it's a coffee card!  I couldn't wait to team up all these fun Reverse Confetti products.  Let's start from the bottom and work our way up.

I started with an Iced Aqua Cardstock panel.  I ran a Cloud White Cardstock panel through my cuttlebug using the Leaves Cover Panel.  I used Tangerine Cardstock with the Wreaths Confetti Cuts.

I used Cloud White + Lime Green Cardstock on the Caffeinated Cups stamps + confetti cuts.  I love the coordinating Lime Green ink!

I topped everything off with an altered Grateful Thankful Blessed Confetti Cuts.  I don't know about you, but I'm pretty grateful for my morning coffee.

Speaking of coffee, don't forget that the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop starts this Friday at 6:00 am pacific!  Reverse Confetti is one of the many Super Sponsors!  Remember, in order to win any of the Super Sponsor prizes, you need to link up a newly created Fall themed project that uses coffee, tea &/or cocoa (and hot apple cider!).

hello friend.

Hello Friends.  This card has a couple new goodies....the succulents are from Jane's Doodles Cactus set:

The sentiment is from Jane's Doodles, Hello Friend:

I'm finally the owner of the MFT Die-namics Peek-a-Boo Polka Dots (Thanks Toni ♡):

I've been having so much fun with the Ken Oliver Color Bursts....this time I used Ultramarine Blue and really swooshed around the water....
